The Job Description
We're seeking a skilled and experienced Facility Manager to join our team in Stockholm. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our other offices across Europe. Your responsibilities will include overseeing workplace experience initiatives, managing office-related contracts, procurement, and budgets, ensuring health and safety compliance, and developing and managing office seating plans.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the office team.
- Oversee workplace experience initiatives to keep things exciting and engaging for everyone.
- Facilitate effective internal communication and keep everyone in the loop.
- Manage all office-related contracts, procurement, and budgets for the Stockholm office, ensuring we stay on track.
- Ensure health and safety compliance and manage safety committee reporting.
- Oversee security, including ISO compliance, alarms, cameras, and access control.
- Develop and manage office seating plans to keep our workspace functional and comfortable.
- Establish and enforce office policies and guidelines to keep things running smoothly.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and service to make our offices welcoming and professional.
- Manage and update the office intranet with the latest info and updates.
