Are you an experienced SAP Basis Administrator looking for an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic SAP landscape? On behalf of our client, we are seeking an SAP Basis System Administrator to join the SAP ISU/CRM Sweden SAP Basis team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing enhancement packs, data migration (DMT), and lifecycle management activities, ensuring system stability and seamless performance. This is a consulting assignment where you will work closely with cross-functional teams, playing a key role in maintaining and optimizing SAP systems.

What You'll Do

  1. Support and maintain SAP ISU/CRM environments (SAP ISU is SAP's Industry-Specific Utility solution for managing billing, metering, and customer service in the utility sector, while SAP CRM is the Customer Relationship Management module for handling customer interactions and service processes).
  2. Implement enhancement packs and perform system upgrades to keep the SAP landscape up to date.
  3. Manage data migration tasks and oversee lifecycle management activities.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, collaborating with functional consultants and developers.
  5. Work with stakeholders to optimize system configurations and improve operational efficiency.

What You Need

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

  1. 2+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration.
  2. Strong expertise in SAP ISU and CRM modules.
  3. Experience with SAP enhancement packs, system upgrades, and data migration.
  4. The ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  5. Fluency in English.
