About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and driven Administrative Operations Manager to join our team at Foodora AB. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Stockholm Rider Hub. This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the administration of the Stockholm Rider Hub, ensuring efficient and effective operation.
  • Perform regular rider compliance and performance check-ups to maintain high standards.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and staff riders to meet business demands.
  • Oversee foodora's e-vehicle service and maintenance, ensuring seamless logistics.
  • Analyze data exports and generate utilization reports to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant field (HR, management, economics, or engineering).
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Slides) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent English and Swedish language skills.
  • Previous experience in team management, operations, and planning.
