Enterprise Business Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Sales Lead to join our team in Sweden and drive the growth of our EV business in the region.
About YouYou will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with Tesla's business objectives and drives revenue growth in Sweden.
You will lead a dynamic team responsible for driving sales across SMEs, Large Corporations, and Operational Leasing companies in Sweden.
Main Responsibilities- Achieve sales objectives by developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with Tesla's business objectives.
- Maximize business opportunities by driving repeat business, pursuing bulk deals, and leveraging leasing company relationships.
- Lead a high-performing sales team by guiding ongoing performance development and leading by example.
- Manage corporate sales plans and brand standards by maintaining product knowledge, utilizing CRM systems, and promoting innovation and learning.
- Champion excellence and continuous improvement by ensuring Tesla brand standards, promoting best practices, and utilizing Tesla's CRM system for accurate reports.
To succeed in this role, you will require significant managerial experience in B2B or commercial sales with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets and goals.
