Job Description
We're looking for a skilled Customer Support Manager to lead our support team in EMEA and Australia. As a key member of our Customer Experience management team, you'll report directly to our VP of Customer Experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the support team's daily operations.
- Developing and implementing process improvements.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer interactions.
- Utilizing data to drive decision-making and optimize support processes.
- Fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
- Providing guidance and coaching to support team members.
- Escalating customer-related issues when necessary.
- Taking ownership of incident management and resolution.
