Job Description

We're looking for a skilled Customer Support Manager to lead our support team in EMEA and Australia. As a key member of our Customer Experience management team, you'll report directly to our VP of Customer Experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Utilizing data to drive decision-making and optimize support processes.

  • Taking ownership of incident management and resolution.
