About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated Small and Medium Market Sales Professional to join our team. As a Small and Medium Market Sales Professional, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the small to medium market segment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential new customers in the small to medium market segment.
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach initiatives to generate leads and drive sales growth.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams, including Customer Success and Sales Operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Proactively manage contract negotiations to secure agreements that meet both customer requirements and company objectives.

About You

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred for this role, allowing you to leverage your academic strengths.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in business-to-business sales is required, with a demonstrated success in new business development.
  • Proficiency in negotiation tactics is essential, coupled with the ability to articulate intricate value propositions persuasively.
  • Proven track record of being results-driven, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English.
