Director of Sales and Marketing

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as Head of Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive sales growth and market penetration within the assigned region.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Country Manager to develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aimed at driving market share growth and meeting sales targets.
- Business Development: Manage business growth in an Omni channel perspective with a B2B2C mindset.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with the dealers, key industry partners, and final users within the region.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports on a regular basis.
- Market Development: Identify and develop new market segments and customer groups within the region in alignment with the company's overall business plan.
- Brand Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to organize customer events and promotional activities.
- Sales Team Management: Lead and develop the sales team, setting targets, and evaluating performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years' experience in the car industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Finnish market, including customer preferences, distribution channels, and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen to develop effective sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and verbal. Additional language skills are a plus.
- Ability to travel as required within Finland and occasionally internationally.
