Your Role
As a Financial Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership and support to our Country Sales team in Sweden. Your primary responsibility will be to drive integrity in financial and business decisions while contributing to developing and executing business strategies that meet customer expectations and increase shareholder value. You will act as a business partner to the Country Sales Manager, managing and conducting regular reviews of month-end actuals deliverables, rolling forecast, and budget with the Regional Management Team. Additionally, you will collect, analyze, present, and distribute financial information required by the Regional Management Team. Furthermore, you will conduct regular business reviews, set benchmarking, offer audits, cash flow analysis, and profitability reviews on customer and product level. Finally, you will prepare and analyze income statement and balance sheet reporting for month-end activities, rolling forecast, and budget for the related commercial activities within the region.

Main Responsibilities
- Provide financial leadership and support to the Country Sales team
- Drive integrity in financial and business decisions
- Develop and execute business strategies that meet customer expectations and increase shareholder value
- Act as a business partner to the Country Sales Manager
- Manage and conduct regular reviews of month-end actuals deliverables, rolling forecast, and budget with the Regional Management Team

- Conduct regular business reviews, set benchmarking, offer audits, cash flow analysis, and profitability reviews on customer and product level

Requirements
- Strong technical and analytical skills, including working proficiency with MS Excel, SAP, and other financial systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different cultures and functions
- High level of personal integrity, accountability, and drive for results
