Job Description:

The Renewals Team is responsible for owning the renewal experience, working directly with customers to drive renewals to close while maximizing revenue and improving contracting terms. The Renewal Specialist is a key strategic partner to the GTM organization, working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Deal Desk, Finance and Legal to ensure timely and accurate customer renewals.

Responsibilities:
  • Act independently and autonomously in addressing customer renewal related scenarios/questions with limited oversight.
  • Become the go-to regional expert for cross-functional partners regarding the renewal experience.
  • Proactively identify lengthier renewal scenarios and maintain high on-time renewal rates, providing weekly updates to leadership on renewal status.
  • Continuously iterate to improve the renewal experience and drive team process improvement.
  • Proactively advise customers and liaise with internal partners on contract-related documentation with limited assistance.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in renewals, sales, customer success or account management, preferably with SaaS products.
  • Ambition to expand the scope of the role and take on new projects.
  • High-level business acumen, comfortable discussing Director+ level stakeholders and procurement departments.
  • Experience creating/editing customer quotes and working with contracting terms across mid-market and enterprise customers.
  • Excellent organizational skills, able to multi-task, prioritize and oversee a high volume of accounts.
  • Able to build relationships quickly and work across multiple cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to work independently with little oversight to deliver on deadlines and ensure timeliness of renewals.
Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
