We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities targeting both private and public sectors.
- You will manage the entire sales process, ensuring customer inquiries are addressed effectively.
- You will build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and tailor our offerings accordingly.
- You will present our wellness services in a compelling manner to prospective clients.
Key qualifications include:
- Previous experience in a similar sales role, ideally within the wellness sector and/or B2B sales in HR solutions or related industries.
- Proven ability in managing purchasing processes and handling long sales cycles effectively.
- Self-driven and capable of independently driving and closing deals with a proactive approach to project management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.
