About the Role

This is a Senior Business Development Lead role that involves developing an overarching solution strategy for multiyear outsourcing deals. The successful candidate will have full ownership of complex solutions and must have experience in transformational deals.

The key responsibilities include:

  2. Developing a comprehensive solution strategy that aligns with client objectives and Capgemini's strengths.
  3. Transitioning clients from traditional models to agile, DevOps, and product-oriented approaches.
  4. Leading solution development across multiple towers and providing guidance to ensure alignment with the broader strategy.
  5. Collaborating with Sales and Commercial Leads to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  6. Covering all aspects of the IT landscape and software development lifecycle.
  7. Establishing and nurturing relationships with clients at all levels.
  8. Taking end-to-end ownership of the solution during the pursuit process.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. ">
  2. Multiple years of experience in leading solutions for complex deals.
  3. Experience in shaping deals from RFI to RFP, BAFO, and contracting.
  4. Knowledge across multiple industry sectors and technologies.
  5. Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  6. Experience in establishing and nurturing client relationships.
  7. Good understanding of current and emerging offerings in the industry.
  8. Ability to lead large teams for the deal duration.
  9. Experience in Transformational deals covering e.g., transforming to target platforms.
  10. Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to tackle complex challenges.
  11. A self-motivated personality with the capacity of multi-tasking.
