Splunk provides flexible working arrangements for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles. This role may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards in addition to On Target Earnings (OTE). OTE: SEK 1,040,000.00 - 1,430,000.00 per year.

Job Description: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, with experience in managing complex enterprise relationships. You will be highly skilled at developing and executing sales strategies that meet or exceed quota targets.
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed quota targets
- Expand relationships with existing partners and recruit new ones
- Establish and execute go-to-market strategies to grow revenue
- Work closely with our sales organization to facilitate pipeline generation and account development
