We're seeking a skilled Partnership Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key player, you'll develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth through our partner network.

Your primary focus will be on establishing strong relationships with our partners, understanding their goals, and providing tailored support to help them succeed.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building partnerships, driving business results, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  1. Partner Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with our sales partners, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to achieve their sales goals.
  2. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement tailored plans to drive sales growth through our partner network, leveraging your knowledge of market trends and competitor activity.
  3. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze partner performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize our support strategies.
  4. Training and Enablement: Provide regular training and enablement sessions to ensure our partners have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively promote and sell our products.
  5. Communication: Communicate regularly with our partners, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment.
