Talent Acquisition Strategist

At Endava, we believe that technology has the power to drive meaningful change. As a Talent Acquisition Strategist, you will play a key role in sourcing and hiring top talent for technical and commercial roles across various levels.

Job Overview

  • Support the full recruitment process, helping to source and hire talent for technical and commercial roles.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to align hiring efforts with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop tailored recruitment strategies to support local market needs.
  • Help promote our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) through social media and other channels.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders and workforce planning teams to ensure hiring efforts are aligned with business objectives.

Recruitment Life Cycle

  • Create and maintain a pipeline of external applicants, sourced profiles, referrals, and internal applicants in the ATS.
  • Pre-screen and/or interview candidates for essential requirements.
  • Schedule interviews for interviewers and hiring managers.

EVP Maintenance

  • Maintain a strong Endava EVP voice on social channels.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience across all communication touch points.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years in internal talent acquisition, with exposure to international recruitment.
  • Managed end-to-end recruitment.
  • Proven track record in recruiting for diverse roles through various channels.
