About the Role

CSL Vifor is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead our cardio-renal portfolio in the Nordic region. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive growth and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver marketing programs
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to drive sales growth
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective ROI
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity

Requirements

  • Scientific or Economics Degree (BSc, MSc, Ph.D., Pharm. D.)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry
  • Significant experience of strategic and operation planning for Hospital lead products
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing Operational plans for Hospital lead brands in at least one of the Nordic countries
  • Basic understanding of medical aspects of therapeutic area along with willingness to develop in-depth expertise
  • Professional level in English and Swedish, both in oral and in written communications

Preferred Requirements

  • >5 years industry experience in Hospital marketing roles
  • Experience in Nordic therapeutic areas (Cardio, Gastro, Renal, Obs/Gyn)
  • Previous experience as Brand Manager
  • Previous launch experience
  • Digital marketing experience
  • Experience of working with commercial teams
