Job Description

The Principal Customer Success Manager plays a core member of the Customer Account Team, owning and driving the realization of customer value of the Enterprise Business Agreement to both Customer and Autodesk.

This role involves continuous post-sale account management and program execution plan to maximize customer value and ensure great customer experience.

The Program of works is delivered through a team of specialists, typically involving Discovery and Development projects, Learning and support activities, Account Governance and administration as well as Value Management and Business reporting.

The CSM also plays a key role in providing strategic forward-looking advisory services and coordinating support to maximize a customer's return on investment in Autodesk solutions.
