About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Account Executive to drive growth and close high-value deals in the Nordics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a strategic sales plan to acquire new named accounts and expand existing business relationships.
  • Build trust with C-level executives and key decision-makers through high-value negotiations.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles with a solution-oriented sales approach, focusing on value-driven discussions.

As a Sales Account Executive, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to structure compelling solutions and establish SEEBURGER as a trusted partner.

You will communicate the value of our B2B/EDI, API integration, MFT, and cloud-based solutions to clients, ensuring they understand how these technologies address their business challenges.

Requirements
  • Several years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably within software, cloud solutions, or business integration services.
  • Proven track record in closing large, complex enterprise deals and working with C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills, with the ability to drive deals through extended sales cycles.
  • Ability to balance a hunter mentality with the patience required for strategic, long-term sales.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and shaping a growing team, market, and organization.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Microsoft Dynamics is beneficial.
  • Understanding of business integration technologies such as B2B/EDI, API management, cloud integration, and managed file transfer (MFT) is a plus.
  • Experience selling to industries such as Automotive, retail, logistics, finance, and manufacturing is a plus.
