We are seeking a seasoned Regional Business Growth Manager to lead our client relationships and drive growth in the region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to deliver business results.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
- Business Development: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business areas and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Solution Development: Work closely with our technology teams to develop and implement innovative banking solutions that meet the needs of our corporate clients.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to our sales and delivery teams, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in banking or financial services, with a focus on corporate clients.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of industry regulations, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
