About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Expert to join our team at H&M Group. As a Business Expert, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our pricing and inventory management strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and UX designers to identify and prioritize business opportunities that drive value for our customers and the company.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand business requirements and translate them into clear technical requirements for the development team.
  • Develop and maintain deep understanding of current pricing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with end-users to understand and document business requirements, and translate them into clear and concise technical requirements.
  • Participate in team meetings to drive the business agenda and ensure that business perspectives are anchored during all phases of tech development.
  • Support merchandisers during price reduction activities and serve as a point of contact for regions.
  • Ensure that products meet value by taking on the change management perspective and driving engagement and motivation among end-users.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in H&M merchandising, business controlling, supply chain, or similar area.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with tool- and/or method development.
  • Ability to build trust and relationships at all levels.
  • Solution-focused and willing to get hands-on to solve problems.
  • Self-driven, flexible, and independent.
