About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Sales Manager to join our team at French Express. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing occupancy rates for our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize pricing and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our hotel and drive bookings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and revenue management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in reservations and revenue optimization, preferably in the hotel industry.
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
