Main Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring seamless execution of sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, increase sales, and improve profitability.
  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and train a team of sales associates to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and ensure accurate inventory reporting.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is maintained to the highest standards, including visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and maintenance of equipment and fixtures.
Requirements and Skills
  • 3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving sales performance.
