About the Role
Workday, Inc. is seeking an exceptional leader with a stellar sales record to capitalize on strategic accounts and lead a team of field sales professionals in driving complex sales cycles within the existing customer base in Sweden and Norway.

We are looking for a self-starter who will employ effective selling strategies to position Workday as a viable cloud partner of choice compared to legacy ERP solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading, coaching, and mentoring a field sales team for their assigned territory, utilizing their knowledge of the strategic competitive landscape to stay up-to-date with trends and customer needs.

  • Be a key leader passionate about driving new business for Workday within the existing customer base.
  • Lead a team focused on driving complex sales cycles through orchestrating internal teams of pre-sales, value management, bid management, inside sales, marketing, and sales support.
  • Use your experience to lead, coach, and mentor a field sales team for your assigned territory.
