We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our team in Sweden. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, connecting with new customers, and helping to increase our market presence.

Your primary focus will be on selling energy cables for infrastructure, industrial, and renewable projects. You will need a customer-focused mindset and a proactive sales approach to succeed.

This is a home-based role, with a preference for candidates who can travel within the provinces close to Stockholm, where our main customers are. You will spend approximately 60% of your time in the field, visiting potential customers, building relationships, and showcasing the value of our energy cable portfolio.

International travel may be required, but we offer a flexible and dynamic work environment that allows you to balance your personal and professional life.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our market share.
  • Build a strong project pipeline for mid- and long-term business growth.
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Conduct competitor analyses and gather market intelligence.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers.
