We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our team in Sweden, where you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our business in the energy cable market.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our market share.
  • Build a strong project pipeline for mid- and long-term business growth.
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Conduct competitor analyses and gather market intelligence.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers.
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading company in the industry and contribute to our success. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, connecting with new customers, and helping to increase our market presence. You will spend approximately 60% of your time in the field, visiting potential customers, building relationships, and showcasing the value of our energy cable portfolio.

You will need a customer-focused mindset and a proactive sales approach to succeed in this role. International travel may be required, but you will be part of a dedicated team working closely with the Sales Manager and other European affiliates.

Your Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales, bid management, or similar commercial roles within a relevant industry.
  • Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Proactive and resilient approach to tackling new challenges.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce and SAP) and the Microsoft Office suite is preferred.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English.
