The Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development & Sales Engineer to join our team in Vårgårda, Sweden. As a key member of our electrical safety solutions group, you will be responsible for driving business development, building strong customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for High Voltage/Medium Voltage solutions, products, and associated services.
- Foster strong relationships with customers and industry stakeholders.
- Meet Sales and Financial KPIs
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and logistics teams to meet customer needs.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Represent Autoliv at trade shows and industry events.
- Provide market insights to refine product development and marketing strategies.

Your Responsibilities
You will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects, from developing new sales strategies to identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will also be responsible for representing Autoliv at trade shows and industry events, providing market insights to refine product development and marketing strategies.

- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience with global markets, cross-functional collaboration, and engaging with high-profile clients or stakeholders.
- Ability to connect technical expertise with customer needs.
- Ability to develop and implement go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption and awareness.
- Capacity to evolve in a cross-functional team.
- Proven experience in business development and customer relationship management
- Willingness to travel globally to drive business growth.
