Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development & Sales Engineer to join our team in Vårgårda, Sweden. As a key member of our electrical safety solutions group, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans for High Voltage/Medium Voltage solutions, products, and associated services.
- Foster strong relationships with customers and industry stakeholders.
- Meet Sales and Financial KPIs
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and logistics teams to meet customer needs.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Represent Autoliv at trade shows and industry events.
- Provide market insights to refine product development and marketing strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development & Sales Engineer with a strong technical foundation in HV/MV and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset. You bring a proven ability to drive business development, together with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. You should be fluent in English and excel at navigating complex sales in new B2B industry markets and converting them into strategic opportunities.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience with global markets, cross-functional collaboration, and engaging with high-profile clients or stakeholders.
- Ability to connect technical expertise with customer needs.
- Ability to develop and implement go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption and awareness.
- Capacity to evolve in a cross-functional team.
- Proven experience in business development and customer relationship management
- Willingness to travel globally to drive business growth.
