We are seeking a highly skilled Employment Law Specialist to join our team at Roschier. As an Associate Lawyer in our Employment Practice, you will work on complex employment law matters and internal investigations, providing first-class legal advice and strategic guidance to our clients.

About the Role

Our cross-border Employment team is recognized for its ability to provide expert legal advice on a broad range of employment law matters, including reorganizations, redundancies, termination matters, hiring of senior executives, internal investigations, and disputes. You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality services to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and challenges are addressed.

To succeed in this role, you will have approximately 4+ years of experience working with complex employment law matters or internal investigations. You will be a strong communicator with excellent oral and written skills, fluent in Swedish and English. You will also be able to inspire teamwork and share challenges and accomplishments with your colleagues.
