About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team at Belmontlavan in Sweden. As an HR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving key HR processes, maintaining HR data, and serving as a point of contact for employees and managers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. HR Process Management: Manage and develop operational HR processes throughout the entire life-cycle, including employment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, payroll, terms and conditions, organizational changes, work environment, rehabilitation, time reporting, and offboarding.
  2. HR Guidance and Support: Provide HR-related guidance to leaders and employees, including policies, procedures, and templates that are up-to-date and in line with collective agreements and local laws. Own an employee handbook that is fit for purpose and contains commonalities across countries.
  3. HR Data and Analytics: Ensure high-quality HR data and provide HR data and analytics to the business to give meaningful insights.
  4. HR Project Support: Support local HR Consultants in strategic human resource projects, global HR functions in yearly recurring activities, and merger, demerger, acquisition, and outsourcing projects involving HR activities.
