Nasdaq is a leading global provider of financial data and technology services. We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our Listing Qualifications team in Stockholm, Sweden.
Job Summary
The Listing Qualifications team is responsible for ensuring that companies meet the quality standards required by Nasdaq and underlying legislation. As a Regulatory Compliance Specialist, you will be part of a small and specialized team that assesses listing applications and provides external communication of Nasdaq's rules and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess listing applications to ensure they meet the quality standards required by Nasdaq.
- Provide external communication of Nasdaq's rules and processes through rulebooks, guidelines, and general information to the market.
- Lead contact with companies and their advisors, close cooperation with the commercial side of Nasdaq, and require a high level of integrity.
Requirements
- A degree in Economics, Law, Business, or Finance.
- Some relevant work experience from an Exchange, regulator, law or accounting firm, or other company active in financial services.
- Experience in working with rules and regulations and critically analyzing information.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
- High levels of attention to detail.
- A commercial approach.
- The ability to take ownership and work independently and close together with team members is service-minded.
