Job Brief

Intenco is seeking a seasoned People & Culture expert to join our team as a People & Culture Partner.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's mission to revolutionize the delivery experience for retailers and shoppers worldwide.

As a key member of the Intenco team, you will drive the development and implementation of P&C strategies, collaborate with department heads to understand team needs, and drive employee engagement and performance management programs.

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining existing P&C processes, ensuring effective use of our HR system (HiBob), and supporting talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in operational P&C work, solid experience in recruitment, digitalization, and people analytics, and fluency in English.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and maintain existing P&C processes and routines to add value throughout the organization.
  • Partner with department heads to understand their team needs and provide guidance across the entire P&C lifecycle.
  • Drive employee engagement, performance management, and professional development programs.
  • Ensure effective use of our HR system (HiBob) across the organization.
  • Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives to build a world-class team.
  • Lead a team of two People Operations Partners, one based in Stockholm and one in Poland.
  • Continuously drive a digital and data-driven People & Culture environment to support decision-making and improve processes.
Requirements

Strong generalist P&C skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, and high ambition are essential for this role.

A strong attention to detail, ability to see the big picture and larger vision, and several years of experience in operational P&C work are also required.

Solid experience in recruitment, digitalization, and people analytics, and fluency in English are preferred.
