About Our Team

We have offices in Stockholm and Helsinki, and currently operate in 7 markets across Northern Europe. Our team is passionate and innovative, and we're looking for someone who shares our values and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This role will be part of a team of four, reporting to our Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), and working alongside another HR colleague who dedicates 50% of their time to recruitment. You'll have a significant impact on shaping the future of our company and helping us achieve our goals.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will manage the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding. This will involve:

  • Managing talent acquisition activities, including sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance throughout the hiring process
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest tools and strategies to attract and engage with potential new team members
  • Participating in developing employer branding and other HR-related projects and initiatives
  • Becoming an ambassador for our company culture and ensuring that every candidate fits in with our values
What We're Looking For

We need someone with:

  • At least 3 years of experience recruiting tech talent, including roles such as Developers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers
  • The ability to assess technical skills and cultural fit while aligning recruitment strategies with business needs
  • Proficiency in search tools like LinkedIn and a willingness to explore new sourcing methods
  • The ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to change with ease
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Innovative thinking and a proactive approach to attracting, engaging, and assessing talent
  • Fluency in English and a passion for tech and entrepreneurship
