Key Responsibilities:
  • Consistently meet or exceed your monthly sales targets by managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Source and qualify leads through cold calling, cold emailing, and social networks to identify potential clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop a growth mindset by continuously learning about our product, internal processes, and industry trends.
  • Work closely with your direct peers to provide ideas, feedback, and support to drive sales success.
We're Looking for Someone with:
  • Proven experience in outbound sales with a strong attention to detail in managing sales pipelines and forecasting.
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably with SaaS platforms.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Self-motivation and a clear sense of urgency to deliver results in a timely manner.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Fluency in German and English.
