Sales Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:- Consistently meet or exceed your monthly sales targets by managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Source and qualify leads through cold calling, cold emailing, and social networks to identify potential clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Develop a growth mindset by continuously learning about our product, internal processes, and industry trends.
- Work closely with your direct peers to provide ideas, feedback, and support to drive sales success.
- Proven experience in outbound sales with a strong attention to detail in managing sales pipelines and forecasting.
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably with SaaS platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with prospects and clients.
- Self-motivation and a clear sense of urgency to deliver results in a timely manner.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Fluency in German and English.
