
Sales Team Lead

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Director to join our team at Forterro. As a world-class leader, you will be responsible for driving growth and developing strategies to achieve business objectives.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in building, developing, and growing sales teams. Proficiency in both Swedish and English is essential for this role.
You will be responsible for formulating and executing annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans. Ensuring exceptional Salesforce hygiene to track customer activity, pipeline management, and forecasting is also crucial.
Key responsibilities include coaching, mentoring, and motivating a high-potential sales team. Collaborating with other business functions to attract, develop, and retain a high-performing sales team is also essential.
Additionally, you will manage productivity, funnel of opportunities, and quality to ensure teams meet established goals and standards. Ongoing process improvements and recommendations that make the team more efficient are also necessary.
This role requires experience in developing and coaching account management strategies and tactics that drive growth. A demonstrable track record in delivering targets and consistent accuracy in short-, medium-, and long-term forecasting is also required.
- Candidates should have 5+ years of success in building, developing, growing, and managing account management and new business sales teams.
- Proficiency in CRM (ideally Salesforce), PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is critical.
- A comprehensive understanding of the sales process, sales metrics, and a reliable approach to forecasting are essential.
