Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing support and coordination across product categories, developing sales and marketing communication material and campaigns for existing products and upcoming launches together with Business Partners.
- Ensure relevant information is updated on Product Information Management (PIM), Digital Asset Management (DAM), Showpad, Marketing Cloud (Pardot).
- Communications to global organization of available marketing and sales assets via internal channels, intranet, and the Arjo Marketing Network.
- Communications to global audiences via social media channels and paid media.
- Coordination of annual event and content calendar for assigned products and categories.
- Ownership of global translation process for assigned products/categories, coordinating translation of global assets with local markets.
- Member of Business Partner team, attending weekly meetings and updating project deliverable tracker.
The impact you will have: As a Marketing Communications Coordinator, you will actively contribute to develop Global Marketing at Arjo Italia S.p.A. through your great communication and coordination skills. You will be an integral part of a global team supporting local marketing teams around the world. Your skills will help empower movement for people facing mobility challenges, and increase the quality of lives for residents, patients, and caregivers.
The skills you will need: Structured and well-organized with a high level of integrity, while being service-minded with good communication and presentation skills. A high level of flexibility and the ability to work independently managing multiple tasks will be needed while being proactive as a self-motivated team-player with an open 'can-do' attitude and high levels of energy. The ideal candidate has:
- Academic degree or equivalent within the area of communications, marketing, or digital.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the field of brand management, communications, marketing, or digital communications in a global organization.
- Knowledge and/or experience from the healthcare industry in the area of branding or marketing communications is a plus.
- Experience of developing global communication and digital marketing campaigns.
- Use of full Microsoft Office 365 suite and relevant Adobe programs and understanding of key tools related to the job such as Marketing Automation (Salesforce Pardot), Content Management System (CMS), Product Information Management (PIM), Digital Asset Management (DAM), Intranet, and Social Media publishing.
- Comfortable working in English language on a daily basis as part of a global team.
