About the Job
We are looking for a talented Business Development Professional - Sensor Sales to join our team in Stockholm. In this role, you will drive sales growth by establishing and maintaining relationships with key accounts and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and partnership development
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales teams and marketing departments, to align on goals and objectives
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform sales initiatives and stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Manage and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to build trust and drive sales growth
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features to effectively communicate value to customers
- Participate in sales forecasting and planning processes to ensure accurate projections and resource allocation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Detailed experience of B2B, OEM manufacturing experience in sales or other sales support function
- Creative thinker and action oriented
- Ability to multitask and resolve conflicts in the business
- Professional, tenacious, and strong, convincing communication skills
- Experience in HVAC & Water market would be preferred
- Capability to function in a heavily matrixed environment; ability to develop relationships with multiple stakeholders and provide support where needed – able to work in a team environment
- Hands-on CRM process experience software and other common computer software such as MS Office 365, SAP, and Salesforce
