About the Job

We are looking for a talented Business Development Professional - Sensor Sales to join our team in Stockholm. In this role, you will drive sales growth by establishing and maintaining relationships with key accounts and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and partnership development
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales teams and marketing departments, to align on goals and objectives
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform sales initiatives and stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to build trust and drive sales growth
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features to effectively communicate value to customers
  • Participate in sales forecasting and planning processes to ensure accurate projections and resource allocation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Detailed experience of B2B, OEM manufacturing experience in sales or other sales support function
  • Creative thinker and action oriented
  • Ability to multitask and resolve conflicts in the business
  • Professional, tenacious, and strong, convincing communication skills
  • Experience in HVAC & Water market would be preferred
  • Capability to function in a heavily matrixed environment; ability to develop relationships with multiple stakeholders and provide support where needed – able to work in a team environment
  • Hands-on CRM process experience software and other common computer software such as MS Office 365, SAP, and Salesforce
