We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Manager to join our team at Stryker European Operations Limited - Dutch Branch Office. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for driving market share growth through the formulation and execution of effective, strategic, marketing plans for our Trauma portfolio in Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute annual and long-range strategies for our Trauma product portfolio in Europe to achieve required growth, profit, and market share targets.
- Understand customer needs and preferences in relation to our Trauma portfolio and use these insights to fuel the development of value-focused messaging strategies.
- Work closely with local Marketing teams to lead downstream execution and drive market share gain, while contributing to upstream marketing initiatives to ensure development projects address European customer needs.
- Create and distribute scalable assets, tools, marketing campaigns, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the Education Manager to identify education, brand experience, and customer engagement opportunities for both internal and external audiences.
- Develop trust and strong relationships with the European Trauma & Extremities (T&E) Leadership Team, Local Marketers, Sales Teams, internal stakeholders, and key customers (KOLs).
- Coach and guide interns within the group.
- 5+ years of Marketing experience, with a significant portion in the MedTech/healthcare industry.
- Proven track record in leading successful marketing projects, including marketing plans, product launches, campaigns, etc.
- Strong track record as a leader of cross-functional projects, with the ability to build and maintain cross-functional and cross-geographical relationships.
- Broad experience in supporting the sales force and customer-facing activities in the field.
- Proven track record of analysis of key customer and competition trends.
- Proven commercialization of products to drive growth.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English is required, with an additional European language a plus.
- Travel percentage: 30%.
