**Your Mission**
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Business Growth Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Nordic region.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase customer engagement;
- Work closely with our team to identify new market opportunities;
- Identify and pursue new leads and business partnerships;
- Contribute to the development of our sales processes and procedures;
- Map out business opportunities through targeted segmentation;
- Expand our customer base by developing targeted sales actions.
**Requirements**
- You hold a master's degree, preferably in an economic area. Prior work experience is not a must;
- You are fluent in Swedish or Finnish or Norwegian or Danish and English, both oral and written;
- You derive energy from your communication with potential customers and from the discovery and development of business opportunities;
- You have the motivation and self-reliance required to fulfill this pivotal role;
- You are open to learning new things every day;
- As part of the team you are not afraid to go the extra mile;
- You feel in your element in a rapidly evolving environment;
- You have a passion for business, finance, and new technologies.
