We are seeking a highly skilled Strategy & M&A Manager to join our team, playing a pivotal role in shaping our business strategy and driving growth through strategic projects and initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute IDT's overall strategy, providing strategic support to our 10 business units worldwide.
  • Drive strategic projects from ideation to execution, leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Support running M&A projects, including target scanning, commercial due diligence, and integration of acquired companies.
  • Deliver market and competitive analyses to drive business insights and inform decision-making.

Your Background:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering, with a Master's Degree valued.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in top-tier management consulting, strategy/business development, investment banking, or similar.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft products, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel internationally when needed and fluency in English, both written and spoken.
