Job Description

The Cisco Channel team is a dynamic and diverse group of individuals passionate about helping partners succeed. We work collaboratively to build strong, lasting relationships that drive business transformation.

Your Impact

As a Partner Account Manager, you will influence partner business transformation by developing and promoting their value propositions, sales & operational processes, and internal consumption of Cisco solutions.

To achieve this, you must build credibility and trust with partners' sales teams. Success requires a strong foundation in customer-centric solution sales and the ability to mentor and lead by example.

Cultivating relationships at the executive level can secure buy-in for long-term initiatives and ensure alignment of strategic and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute plans to increase partner revenue and growth.
  2. BUILD credibility and trust with partner sales teams through effective communication and collaboration.
  3. Mentor and lead partner sales teams to improve their sales and operational processes.
  4. Identify and develop new business opportunities with partners.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in tech industry in a similar role.
  • Strong business maturity and ability to work independently.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish preferred.
