Talent & Partner AB is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Sweden.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with existing and new customers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sales excellence, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to work independently.
Key responsibilities:
- Grow business and expand the Swedish market sales and customer base.
- Identify and develop new customer base and project opportunities.
- Hold product presentations, host/attend web-based seminars and trade shows.
- Manage sales leads, projects, and customer visits.
Requirements:
- Strong customer, sales, and service orientation.
- A proven track record of sales excellence and revenue growth.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good IT knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM).
