About the Position
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Value Proposition Specialist at the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association.
About the Role
- This position is responsible for developing and executing value proposition strategies that drive business growth.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in HTA dossiers and national managed entry negotiations, with strong understanding of the Swedish system.
- Responsibilities include developing value propositions, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and analyzing market trends and competitor activity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Value Propositions: Develop and execute value proposition strategies that drive business growth.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including payers, providers, and patients.
- Develop payer-related value propositions and train internal teams on these stories.
Essential Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HTA dossiers and/or national managed entry negotiations.
- Proficient in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong understanding of the Swedish system.
- Project management and cross-functional collaboration.
