About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support and Implementation Specialist to join our team at Mitigram AB. As a key member of our Services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients are successfully onboarded to our platform and receive exceptional support throughout their day-to-day usage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage system implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Conduct needs analysis and collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Configure and customize systems to meet client needs, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to end-users on system functionalities, ensuring they have the necessary skills to maximize the value of our platform.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for system configurations and client-specific customizations, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to accurate and up-to-date information.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Provide frontline support to clients, addressing and resolving application issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot clients' problems, identifying root causes and presenting effective resolutions.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or development teams as necessary, ensuring that clients receive timely and effective support.
  • Assist in the development of support documentation and FAQs for end-users, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to accurate and up-to-date information.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of prior experience from working with finance, support, or software, with a strong understanding of trade finance and financial software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks and projects are completed to a high standard.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to effectively manage and deliver projects.
  • Experience from trade finance, treasury, or similar, with a strong understanding of the trade finance industry and its complexities.
