About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to join our team at Tietoevry Tech Services AB. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing ServiceNow ITSM module for our customers, contributing as a ServiceNow developer in projects, and analyzing and resolving production issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement ServiceNow ITSM module for our customers
  • Contribute as ServiceNow developer in projects ranging from simple to complex
  • Analyze and resolve production issues around implemented solution based on ServiceNow
  • Implement integration using REST API or any other standard integration platforms available
  • Handle code migration from development to test to production instances of ServiceNow
  • Support end users with queries around ServiceNow based implemented solution

Requirements:

  • You are fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written
  • You are Certified ServiceNow Administrator with preferably ITSM Implementation Specialist
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow developer
  • Strong technical knowledge about ServiceNow ITSM module
  • Candidates with ServiceNow CSM/HR module knowledge are preferred
  • Proven track record working in ServiceNow platform as technical consultant
