About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Services team as a Customer Support and Implementation Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients are successfully onboarded to our platform and receive exceptional support throughout their day-to-day usage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Application Support:
    • Lead and manage system implementation projects from initiation to completion.
    • Conduct needs analysis and collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements.
    • Configure and customize systems to meet client needs.
    • Develop and deliver training sessions to end-users on system functionalities.
    • Create comprehensive documentation for system configurations and client-specific customizations.
  • Frontline Support:
    • Provide prompt and effective support to clients, addressing and resolving application issues.
    • Troubleshoot clients' problems, identifying root causes and presenting resolutions.
    • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or development teams as necessary.
    • Assist in the development of support documentation and FAQs for end-users.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay current with industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
    • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and implement best practices.
    • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance personal and professional growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of prior experience working with finance, support, or software.
  • Experience/awareness/knowledge of technology solutions.
  • A strong desire to understand and learn details of the trade finance area.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
