About the Role:

Our Customer Support team is seeking a highly skilled and service-oriented individual to join our ranks. As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via various channels.
  • Identifying customer concerns and helping them navigate our platform.
  • Analyzing and reporting product failures to inform product development.
  • Collaborating with the development team to resolve technical issues.
  • Sharing feedback and testing fixed bugs.
  • Utilizing our project management tools, including Jira, Salesforce, and MS Teams.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work with technical challenges in an international team.
