Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will play a key role in growing our business in the Swedish market. This individual will work closely with our Product Owners and Marketing Team to develop a strategic market approach and collaborate with colleagues across the organization to optimize their strategy.
Main Responsibilities
- MKTG Strategy Dev: Develop and execute a market strategy to grow our business in the Swedish market.
- Sales Lead Mgmt: Manage sales leads and inbound inquiries to build a strong pipeline.
- Sales Engagement: Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and social media to build relationships and drive sales.
- Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasting and maintain a dynamic pipeline.
- Proposal Prep: Prepare quotations, proposals, and business cases to secure new business and manage the entire sales process from start to finish.
- Event Attndance: Attend events and trade shows to promote Texthelp's solutions and actively network.
- CRM Mgmt: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system to track all sales activities and customer journeys.
- Closng Dl: Close large, complex deals with long sales cycles, building strategic relationships.
Requirements
- Exprience Req: Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of generating sales and winning new business.
- Rlsnt Bldg: Minimum 3 years of experience in building strong personal relationships and delivering outstanding customer service at all levels.
- Sals Prfmrce: A proven ability to consistently meet targets while prioritizing and delivering an exceptional sales experience—especially via digital channels.
- Tchncl Sklls: Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM systems, and proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qaulifcations
- Indstry Expertis: Experience in selling similar tools or to a similar target audience.
- Revnue Grwth: Proven track record of driving revenue growth through new business acquisition within the public sector.
- Socil Meda: Demonstrated ability to leverage social media and an established professional network (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter) to enhance personal and company visibility in a B2B environment.
- Edcctrl Bckgrnd: A relevant higher education degree.
- Sals Mthdogy: Experience working with the MEDDPICC sales methodology and an understanding of its processes for handling complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
