About the role

We are seeking an experienced Growth and Marketing Architect to join our team at TN Sweden. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining the strategic architecture of our Growth & Marketing Digital area, covering aspects such as growth planning, range management, sales steering, pricing, content management, CRM, personalization, membership, rewards, commercial activation & launches, and campaign management.

In this role, you will work closely with senior stakeholders up to board level to ensure reaching both short- and long-term goals. You will lead and develop the strategic architecture perspective on roadmap and prioritizations of the domain work and its consequences in order to reach the company's strategic outcomes.

You will drive and develop Enterprise Architecture practices and apply architecture guardrails through product and engineering teams in order to empower them at scale. Additionally, you will drive, lead, and resolve big and hard problems that are common across teams in the IKEA value chain.

As a Growth and Marketing Architect, you will provide the architecture perspective on roadmap and prioritizations in the area, its consequences, and impact to reach the Sub-domain strategies and outcomes. You will also lead, inspire, develop, and manage co-workers in order to secure a high-performing team and promote growth.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in developing architectures for massive internet scale, solving deep technical problems, and driving the needed architecture shift to meet digital opportunities and enable new business models.
