Job Description
  • Develop and execute advanced client success strategies that align with overall business objectives to maximize client lifetime value.
  • Act as a strategic consultant providing in-depth industry insights, performance analysis, and optimization recommendations to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership across Sales, Product, and Marketing to drive innovation, enhance offerings, and shape the future of the Match2One/Verve platform.
Requirements
  • 3+ years (mid) or 5+ years (senior) of digital advertising experience in Customer Success, with at least 1 year in programmatic.
  • Fluent English is a must, and Swedish language skills as an advantage.
  • Expertise in strategic account management, including growing enterprise-level accounts and managing multi-stakeholder relationships.
