At House of Education, we're committed to fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. We're looking for a dedicated individual to take on the role of Customer Success Manager (CSM), responsible for building strong client relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain effective communication channels with clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to allocate resources efficiently and deliver projects successfully.
- Implement structured processes to manage client interactions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to add value to client accounts, enhancing engagement and driving long-term success.
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within sales or customer success.
- Proven track record in managing client relationships and delivering projects successfully.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. A second European language is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
