Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Sales Representative to join our global sales team in Stockholm, where you will be part of an inclusive and diverse workplace. Your tasks will include identifying and researching new business opportunities, generating leads through different channels, building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified leads, collaborating with the senior sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets, and understanding client needs and providing customized gifting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Research and identify new business opportunities for growth.
  2. Develop and execute lead generation strategies across various channels.
  3. Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads with corporate clients, independent retailers, agents, and jewelry accounts.
  4. Collaborate with senior sales team members to drive revenue growth and achieve ambitious sales targets.
  5. Understand client needs and provide tailored gifting solutions to meet their expectations.
  6. Drive conversions and meet monthly/quarterly sales goals by leveraging effective communication and negotiation skills.
  7. Foster long-term partnerships with clients through exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure continued success.

About You

To succeed in this role, you must be driven, have strong relationship-building skills, and be fluent in English. Prior experience in sales, particularly in B2B or corporate sectors, is a plus but not mandatory. You should also be motivated to work towards sales targets and have a commission-based salary structure.
